So I have played basically 1 day after the server went up. How many warns do you have on the server: 0 Have you ever been kicked/banned from our server: No, Not at all. Why do you want to become a Staff Member in our community (make it detailed!): I want to join the staff team for Fibre RP, Because ever since I joined this server I have been well amazed by how good the server is, And as the server is growing bigger and bigger, I took it into consideration to apply for staff as the server will grow at an extreme rate and there will be less chance of me joining the server's staff team. This server has had an insane amount of work put into it, and I would like to help with a lot of things e.g: Sits, Ideas, Setting the example ect. So I could do this by joining the staff team, the staff team is very helpful and respectful towards one another, and I find that if I were to join the staff team, people would notice me and realise that if they brake rules around me.. they would end up with a punishment. This server ( like I said before ) amazed me from the start with how good it is setup and how well it runs... I have spent a semi-big amount of time on the server, and I would like to show my dedication towards it by joining the staff team and helping them out by doing the sits instead of the owner - co owner ect... So they're stress relieved, and can focus more on the server itself rather than just the players. All though the players are the most important thing for the server, I desire that moderators should be dealing with the players and the co owner should be dealing with more towards the side of the actual server and what goes into the server. I have been warmly welcomed into the server and hope that if I became moderator people would actually pay attention to me welcoming them into the server and think that the server is actually amazing like what I thought when I was welcomed... although we get the bad people on server that like to troll, and disappoint the other players, I tend to help them become a better player and to actually RP - Role play. I would love the job of a moderator and would try and spend more time on the server if I could, and I would because right now at this point - 20/10/2017 I have a week of school which allows me to spend more time helping players with how to play the server and obviously deal with the bad. Do you have past experience: I do have past experience with being staff, PrimeNation - A prison role play server, I was staff on there for a couple of days and then resigned because I felt like they either was just using me for their own benefit or that they just didn't treat me vocally, - calling names - not being nice in general.  What would you do if there's 7 players or more in game and you're the only staff online: Well... If there's 7 players doing things they shouldn't like RDM'ing of like just doing something they shouldn't in general, I would politely ask them to stop, if they carry on and it gets more out of hand, I would get the worst of them and deal with them manually, not using my microphone in case I need the proof of what I said to them previously, and if they all were doing wrong, I would go into discord and message each and everyone of the staff members to quickly hop on the server and deal with them.. Currently warns don't work so really all I could do is try to convince them to stop or just ask higher staff to come and deal with it as I can't really do anything else than this. How can you support the server: I can support the server and benefit the staff in many ways, mainly the staff because I can take their sits that they don't want to do, or if they need help with something as they might not know, I would ask if they need help, then support them through the process. I can also support the server by dealing with the bad, as the players just wanna play and make money... So like if they kept on coming back to raid them without adverting raid I would be able to dispose this idea out of their head and teach them the good in DarkRP. I can already tell the server is going to grow massively in players, so keeping an eye and helping the bad mentally can really help the good with playing.  What can you do for the server that someone else can't do: Everyone is unique in their own ways, so I think that I could bring comedy to the players that like to have a joke, I find that good staff members that like to have a joke are the ones that keep players... playing. So I hope that I could bring some players onto the server and keep them playing as much as possible. Apart from this, I'm just like everyone else except... completely different? Anyways-... I could bring multiple players onto the server and welcome them warmly and guarantee them good place to play on. Being inactive for 5 days or more without saying to the SuperAdmins will result in a demotion. Do you understand that: I do understand this, I had a friend on PrimeNation, that was demoted for this reason. So I will always say when I'm going away. If you get demoted, there's always a chance for you to pass a trial period. Begging will result in a temp ban from the server and perma ban from applying for staff in our community.
